General Information

Protecting your data and your privacy is of high importance to us. This privacy policy covers how we treat the information and data provided by our customers when using Label UP! (Cloud) application.

This privacy policy applies to both personal information (which can be attributed to a specific individual) and non-personal information.

By using Label UP! (Cloud), you are accepting the practices outlined in this privacy policy.

Overview

Label UP! (Cloud), further on denoted as “Label UP!” or the “app” or “application”, is a hosted service for an Atlassian Cloud Product Confluence. Label UP! is a Cloud App and can be identified by the “Cloud” category in its Atlassian Marketplace listing. The application is supported by services provided by a Cloud Application Platform Heroku and Cloud Computing Services Provider Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Label UP! does not store any customer data, except for the data requested by the Atlassian Connect App framework (“Atlassian Connect”) for purposes of authentication and application licensing (subscription).

The app stores technical logs for the purposes of monitoring. These logs do not include any customer data.

Each web request, from and to Confluence Cloud, is authenticated and authorized before access is allowed, and all communication is secured through SSL (https).

Data Storage and Facilities

Label UP! does not store any customer data, except for the data requested by the Atlassian Connect App framework (“Atlassian Connect”) for purposes of authentication and application licensing (subscription).

The main component application of Label UP! is hosted by Heroku which is a hosting service. For the list of types of Data collected see the privacy policy of the service (Heroku Privacy Policy). The rest of the application is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS), a Cloud Computing Services Provider. Customer Data Processing

Label UP! does not store Customer Data locally. The app stores some output which may contain a fragment of the provided Customer Data in the Atlassian Cloud Product Confluence. The Atlassian Cloud Product Security Statement can be found here.

By making use of our services and products, you are providing certain data to us. This could be personal or sensitive data. The data provided is received, processes by the application, with the only scope of providing the functionality requested by you, our customer, and deleted immediately from our servers. The app does not store any customer data.

Customer Contact Information

Contact data provided by the Atlassian Marketplace over the course of evaluating or purchasing our products will be filed and evaluated. When you install one of our apps, Atlassian provides us with information of the Billing contact and Technical contact, as configured in your instance (please see Atlassian’s Privacy Policy for more details). This data may, for instance, be used to send you relevant information about our apps. We use Mailchimp and Gmail to send you these emails. We retain this information until you uninstall our apps.

Support

When requesting our support, the customer is required to create an account by entering their name and email address. We store the name and email address in our helpdesk for any future communication. We may receive and store any data a customer provides us with when submitting a support ticket; for example, screenshots, logs, etc. We will not share or disclose any personal data or information with third parties.

Security vulnerabilities

We continuously strive to keep our products and data secure for you. If you detect any security vulnerability, please contact our support team and we will immediately find a solution to the issue.

Cookies

The application does not use cookies to store any customer data.

People and Access

We access technical logs only for purposes of application health monitoring and performing system or application maintenance, and upon customer request for support purposes. Only our company employees, consultants and subcontractors may have access to the logs. The logs do not include any customer data.

Backups

Label UP! does not store any data, except for a temporary storage of data under processing. Such data is not subject to backups.

The data requested by the Atlassian Connect App framework (“Atlassian Connect”) for purposes of authentication and application licensing (subscription), and collected and stored by Label UP! is subject to backup. This data does not include any personal or sensitive data.

Right to Demand Information

You are entitled to request information on the data saved in respect to you, on the origin of this data as well as on the purpose of the processing of such data at any time.

Changes to this privacy statement

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to our customers on this page, which is accessible via a hyperlink directly from the app’s listing on Atlassian Marketplace. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification listed.
